Bill Pavlik is the owner and head Instructor of the New York Fight Club / PFS NY. He has been training in the Martial Arts for  over 25 years. Presently Bill continues has educational path in the martial arts, training with the worlds top instructors. Bill has been training with Progressive fighting Systems Jeet Kune Do since 1989. Almost all of Bill's JKD training has come from Sifu Paul Vunak as well as Tom Cruse. My Club today would not be possible with out the help from Paul and Tom. Bill was also a close and personal student to the late Professor Remy Presas learning from him his founding creation of Modern Arnis. Remy's instruction and personal time spend training Bill will never be forgotten. It was an Honor to have been a student of Professor Remy.

Bill has also had extensive training with Marc Denny Founder of Dog Brothers Martial Arts and full contact Stick fighting. Marc's training and teaching methods helped Bill become a Stick fighting champion on three separate occasions. The Dog Brothers ground breaking training methods and fighting were a real eye opener. Bill's path continued south to Miami beach FL. to train with the Carlson Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu team, there Bill would go on the be trained by Extreme Fighting Heavyweight champion and UFC veteran Marcus Conan Silveira.
