Our Jeet Kune Do program covers the following arts and ranges-
1) Kicking & Punching Range: Jun Fan Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Savate, Western Boxing, Filipino Boxing (Panantuken)
2) Trapping Range: Wing Chun, Chinese Kickboxing, Jun Fan Trapping, Kali-Silat.
3) Grappling Range: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Shoot wrestling, Jun Fan Grappling
4) Weaponry: Filipino Kali (Stick Fighting, Double Sticks, Knife Fighting)
PFS / Inosanto Kali
With PFS / Inosanto Kali. Students learn the use of single stick, double sticks, stick and dagger. PFS / Inosanto Kali goes hand and hand with Jeet Kune Do Concepts, it's been described as the Glue that binds the two arts together. The weapons training is used as a vehicle to improve our attributes and Body mechanics for our Jeet Kune Do training. PFS / Inosanto Kali doesn't train hundreds of disarms, and countless "Dead pattern drills". Students are shown combat related drills, and functional disarming with both the stick and Knife. Students are not taught to be drill experts, they are taught to fight with there weapons.
